Since the vast majority of your payments go immediately towards supporting the Kingdom of God and rapid social assistance, we offer neither refunds nor cancellations on downloaded books. What you have sown has already begun to work!
4. Glitch Exception
Nevertheless, if due to a very rare glitch from your network or financial providers, you experience an accidental 'double payment' for a single purchase, please report it within 48h to contact@livreschretiens.org. Our team will handle your request with grace and professionalism to cancel any technically duplicated transaction.
